Returns and Refunds

We have a NO FIX NO FEE Policy in place for all our software, this means you are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase, therefore if you DO NOT LIKE the software or our software could not help you, we will refund in full NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Items faulty on arrival.  You have the option of an exchange or refund. If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.

Damage in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and call Customer services. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Item Missing or Incorrect Item

If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, then please email us at: support@stop4software.com as soon as possible and in any event within three days, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Downloads

You can only cancel orders if the Licence has not yet been sent to you.

You can also exchange the software if you bought a wrong one, but this also has to be done before the code is sent to you.

Software Repair World sells codes with which software can be activated. These codes are issued only once and are therefore strictly personal. Due to the strictly personal nature of a code, no statutory right of withdrawal applies and you do not have a 14-day cooling-off period as would be the case with a "normal" Internet purchase.

A free trial version of the software is available for all products we offer. You can use this free trial version to check whether the device meets the minimum system requirements. Do you have any doubts or questions? Please contact our Customer Service. We are available 7 days a week to help you.

Due to the nature of the product refunds are not permitted if the code has already been sent.

Downloads and Product Keys are not refundable, but we will help you all the way and if necessary exchange or provide a new download link, also store credit can be applied.

Cancellations & Exchanges: If you need to cancel or exchange an order, please make sure to contact us before the dispatch of your license key. Timely requests help us process your cancellation or exchange smoothly.

Nature of Our Products: At Stop4Software.com, we pride ourselves on offering unique activation codes for a variety of software. Each code is individually generated and tied specifically to the buyer. Because of their personalized nature, these products do not fall under the standard 14-day cooling-off period that applies to many online purchases.

Refund Conditions: We are unable to process refunds once a code has been sent, due to the digital nature of our products. If there are issues with the activation key, we request that you send us a screenshot showing the error. We are committed to resolving such issues by providing a replacement key as needed.
